Healthly Back to Healthly

Terms of use.

Last updated 19 October 2026

Healthly helps your family keep and understand health records. It explains, it does not diagnose. Your doctor always has the final word, and in an emergency you should call 112.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Healthly. By using the Healthly app, Healthly on WhatsApp or this website, you agree to them and to the privacy note. If you do not agree, please do not use Healthly. You must be 18 or older to set up a family.

Information, not medical advice

  • Healthly reads reports and explains them in plain words. These explanations are general information to help you understand and prepare for a conversation with a doctor.
  • Healthly does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a qualified doctor. Do not start, stop or change a medicine because of something Healthly says. Ask your doctor first.
  • Explanations are produced with the help of automated reading and AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong, for example when a photo is blurry or a lab prints a value in an unusual way. Always check important numbers against the original report.
  • Reminders and nudges are a convenience. Healthly cannot promise every reminder will arrive on time, so please do not rely on it alone for medicines that must not be missed.
  • In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Healthly is not an emergency service.

Your account and your family

  • Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
  • Add only people you are allowed to look after. For a child, you must be their parent or lawful guardian, and you give consent for them. For an adult, such as a parent, they must be happy for you to keep their records. If they ask you to stop, remove them.
  • The family owner's consent covers the whole family's records. When you invite someone into your family, they can see the records shared with them. You can remove them at any time.

Using Healthly on WhatsApp

  • When you message Healthly on WhatsApp and tap Agree, you agree to receive Healthly's replies there.
  • Healthly messages you first, with reminders and report updates, only if you said yes to them. Send "stop" at any time to end them.
  • Send "withdraw consent" to stop Healthly reading anything new, or "delete my data" to delete your account. For a family member, this disconnects your WhatsApp from the family.
  • WhatsApp is run by Meta. Its own terms and privacy policy also apply to your messages there.

Your content

The reports and information you add remain yours. You give Healthly permission to store, read and process them to provide the service to you and your family, as described in the privacy note. Please only upload records you have the right to share.

Fair use

Please do not misuse Healthly. That means no attempts to reach other people's records, to pretend to be someone else, to copy or scrape the service, to break or overload it, or to use it for anything unlawful. Healthly may suspend an account that does this.

Price

Healthly is free to start. If paid features are added later, their price will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay.

Limits of responsibility

Healthly is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Healthly is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from relying on an explanation, a reminder or a missed reminder, from decisions about health or treatment made without a doctor, or from services run by others, such as WhatsApp, your phone or your network. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Ending things

You can stop using Healthly at any time and delete your account, as explained on the account deletion page. Healthly may close the service or an account with reasonable notice, and will give you a chance to export your records first, unless the account is being misused.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, Healthly will let you know in the app or on WhatsApp before the change applies. The date at the top always shows the current version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to put things right. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way goes to the courts of India.
